TLLLF’s flagship mental health awareness program is an interactive and informative opportunity for both teachers and students. In an hour long session, the program aims to increase awareness of mental well-being and depression, anxiety, and stress, which will go a long way in reducing the stigma that surrounds mental illness.

These sessions are delivered free of cost.
