A to Z of Depression
Launched in February 2018, the campaign aimed at raising awareness about depression by using a creative approach designed to help individuals going through depression and their caregivers to better understand the condition.
Using every letter of the English alphabet, A-Z of Depression focussed on highlighting an emotion, symptom, or element related to depression such as empathy, irritability, work stress, etc. The campaign also included aspects of stigma that are associated with depression.
